How to Order
Hand Painted Metal Shields
Since each shield is a one-of-a-kind item and all of the work is done by hand,
the prices of our metal shields vary from one order to another, depending
on the amount of artwork involved. The number of colours and images used,
the complexity of each image, and the size of the shield itself are the determining
factors in pricing each individual order. If you would like a price quote
on rendering your family coat of arms on the hand painted metal shields, simply
fill out this research form.
There is no fee and no obligation. We will then conduct a search for the coats
of arms and send you a quote via e-mail.
NOTE: Current completion time for Shields is 10 to 12 months. Restrictions apply. The deadline for ordering Hand Painted Metal Shields for Christmas 2008 delivery is April 1, 2008.
Framed Custom Prints
Although prices for these items do not vary by design (as they do with the
shields), you still need to fill out this research form so that we can conduct
a search for the proper coat of arms. There is no fee and no obligation. We
will then conduct a search for the coats of arms and send you a quick sketch
via e-mail.
NOTE: Current completion time for Prints is 4 to 6 weeks.
Quick Sketch and Quote
Once we find the coat of arms requested, we will send out an e-mail containing a quick ten-second sketch (as shown here) and a description of those arms. We will also include prices for rendering these arms on the hand painted metal shields and in the framed custom prints.

Once you have received a price quote from us, you may place an order via mail, telephone or e-mail. Be sure to include your:

Completion Times
HAND PAINTED METAL SHIELDS
Although most metal shield orders are completed in approximately ten to twelve months, THERE IS NO SET DELIVERY DATE unless a Rush Charge is assessed. NOTE: Our deadline for Christmas Delivery orders of the Hand Painted Metal Shields has PASSED.

FRAMED CUSTOM PRINTS
Orders for the framed custom prints usually ship in approximately four to six weeks from the time of order, except during the Fall (Mid-August through October), when all orders will be in the mail no later than December 10th.
NOTE: Current completion time for Prints is 4 to 6 weeks.

The charges listed below are for the Continental U.S. only and do not include special delivery or rush charges. Orders are usually shipped USPS Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation depending on the type of item, distance to destination and/or the availability of service. USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx Service is extra. We ship worldwide, so please send us your complete mailing address including city, country and postal code for shipping to areas outside of the continental Unites States.
